* Plate selection
You should consider demand application and product cost at the same time when choosing plate, for example, you want to reduce the thickness of the plate can only use the alloy with a slightly higher price to do material. The hardness and strength of the plate also directly determine the size and arrangement of the hole. And you should be aware that the usual plates are more acceptable than specific requirements. We can provide you with stainless steel, carbon steel, zinc, galvanized, aluminum, brass, copper, plywood, fiberboard, rubber, cardboard, wood, aluminum magnesium alloy, nickel, fiberboard, PVC and all kinds of composites. Thin plates are easier to punch and cheaper. In accordance with the principle of small aperture, appropriate plate thickness is more conducive to increase the product's ability to withstand compressive strength. Plates generally have certain tolerances. The sheet thickness we can make is between 0.1mm-25mm. The specifications of the board are generally 1000mm*2000mm, and 1000mm*N m coils.
* aperture
Generally speaking, the aperture should be greater than or equal to the thickness of the plate, that is, to comply with the principle of small aperture. The closer the aperture you require to the thickness of the plate, the more difficult the processing, the higher the processing cost. In some materials, the aperture can be smaller than the plate thickness. The aperture we make can reach 0.08mm.
* hole spacing
The central distance is the distance between the center of one hole and the center of a nearby hole. Center distance is one way to indicate the spacing of holes. Another way is the opening ratio. The essence of the two expressions is the same.
* opening rate
The open porosity is the ratio of the area of the hole to the total area of the board, which can be expressed as a percentage. You must pay attention to the pressure of the punching equipment can lead to the deformation of the plate, and the greater the opening rate, the deformation of the plate is more obvious, especially the four corners without leaving the edge. This kind of deformation can be leveled by a special machine in our workshop, so you need to seriously consider the special requirements of leveling to us.
* left side
Left edge refers to the plate edge of the non-punching area. The typical orifice plate is the long side needs to leave the edge. If you have special requirements, you need to provide us with the dimensions of four sides. Due to production reasons may affect the edge. If it is not suitable for your requirements, we will provide similar products with your consent.
